The property is built near Nea Potidea village, on a high cliff, overlooking Toroneo Bay with a stunning 180⁰ sea view and an unforgettable sunrise from behind of Mt. Athos, the Holy Mountain.
Located in a quiet area, away from the crowded places, the villa is close to Nea Potidea village (2min drive) and to the capital city Nea Moudania (10min drive) where you can find hypermarkets, butcher shops, pharmacies, tavernas, fish markets, traditional fresh fruits and vegetable markets, souvenirs shops.

You can easily reach the villa and start your vacation very soon after your arrival. If you come by plane, at Makedonia Airport/Thessaloniki, you can find all major rent-a-car companies. It’s only a 40min drive on the highway from Thessaloniki plus 5min on a secondary road.
